Project Description:
ANALYTICS was contracted to provide quick turnaround (TAT) analyses on wipe samples and solid taken from a
site in Portland, Maine. Decontamination decisions were made based upon results
of wipe tests. Daily courier pickups from the sight delivered 50-60 samples per day to the laboratory. All
PCB solid and PCB wipe samples were processed on a 12 or 24-hr TAT. Project included oversight by EPA Region I
and strict adherence to EPA TSCA regulations. Deliverables included a faxed data report within 12- and 24-hours as well as Level II CLP-type report
within 3-5 days and an Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) adhering to the Client format. All of the 750 samples were completed with 100% on-time delivery.
