Project Description:
Analytics was contracted for this U.S. Air Force (AFCEE) funded work to conduct rapid analyses
to assist in the confirmation of contaminated soil removal. State certified analyses were performed for Volatile
Organic Compound (VOC) by EPA Method 8260 and Semi-volatile Organic Compound (SVOA) by EPA Method
8270 on forty-five (45) soil samples collected over a two-day period.
48-hour turnaround was provided on all the analyses in order for the AFCEE contractor to determine
if the cleanup of the areas was completed.
Analytical deliverables included a faxed Form I data report within 48 hours, a Level III CLP-type
report within 30 days and an Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) adhering to the Client format.
